Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Bonus and Promotion Terms

cv999s offers new players a special 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → ৳2,500 total eligible to play
• Deposit ৳8,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → ৳13,000 total eligible to play

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing any bonus received, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. That means if you receive ৳1,500 as a bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Validity

Each bonus has a specific validity period that will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after the validity period ends.

4.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses, circumventing bonus wagering requirements, or using bonuses in any other dishonest way is strictly prohibited. If proven, the account will be closed and the associated bonus will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, network disconnection, or software issue during gameplay, the result of that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. However, cv999s is not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding or conspiring with other players.

6.1 VIP Tiers

cv999s has five VIP tiers. The weekly cashback for each tier is listed below:

• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6.2 Tier Progression

VIP tiers are determined based on a player's gaming activity. Regular and active players will have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. Contact the support team for details on how tier changes work.

6.3 Cashback Distribution

Weekly cashback will be automatically added to the account at a set time each week. Separate wagering requirements may apply to the cashback amount.

12.2 Partial Invalidity

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between the player and cv999s.
